In the heart of the exciting Hawthorne District, The ARISTA Ballroom is a 1920’s formal Greco-Roman ballroom which is currently being fully restored with a modern twist.

The Arista is premiering in 2006 with hand finished mahogany floors, 18’ faux sky coffered ceilings, sky bar with giant three story windows, and extensive white lacquer woodwork. The ARISTA Ballroom is being specially designed and restored for your formal affair.

• Capacity: luxury butlered dining for up to 220; stand-up receptions for up to 400
• Price Range: our complete packages start at $25 per guest and the room rental fee can be waived with a minimum food and beverage purchase

• Types of Events: we specialize in formal buffets, butlered dinners and elegant evening cocktail affairs
• Availability and Terms: Reception dates are booked and prices secured with a 1/3 deposit. Proposals are valid for 30 days.

• Bar facilities: full service Roman-style bar with star-like halogen lighting, Italian marble accents, and faux sky walls and ceilings.
• Dance floor: our hardwood polished mahogany floor is perfect for dancing
• Linens: fine starched linens included with all receptions china and glassware:bone china, luxury stemware and goldware included
• Decorations: candles, sterling and marble centerpieces, and coordinated color accents are featured with every package; the buffet island created with large palms, Brazilian granite and tapestry is fashioned to your special colors and theme; your personal event designer will help you to coordinate all of your decorating needs.

The Cuisine~ Whether you're planning a formal sit-down dinner, with each course served to your guests, or a bountiful dinner buffet, complete with hors d'oeuvre passed on silver trays, the Arista team will work with you to tailor-make a menu to fulfill your specific culinary desires, down to the finest detail.

The Arista Ballroom features exclusive on-site, full-service catering for most any event. We also provide expert off-site catering and event management throughout the Northwest.

Chef Mac Thurston cultured his passion for food in the organic growing regions of Northern California beginning his quest to bring the freshest and finest local produce and game to the luxury dinner table.

Celebrated favorite apprentice from the Western Culinary Institute, Chef Maclane Thurston studied under venerable Master Chef Anton Fluery, Chef for the Von Trapp family, creating culinary masterpieces for George Bush at the Kentucky Derby and Hollywood dinners for Mandy Moore and Andy Roddick.
