The Adrianna Hill Grand Ballroom is an elegant 8,000 square foot Victorian ballroom with a beautiful restored hardwood floor, suspended "U" shaped balcony, 55-foot long stage backed by a high cathedral style wall, large ornate brass chandeliers and 35-foot high beamed and vaulted ceiling. Built in 1901, this storybook setting with distinctive architecture has been completely refurbished. Elaborate Old World designs along the sculpted balcony are highlighted by white lights and tulle. Large gold framed mirrors, elegant artwork, antique foyer furniture, statuary, specialty lighting and decorative floral further enhance this unique setting. No need to spend more money, time or stress on additional decor, the magic is all here.
The raised stage is a popular feature of the ballroom, allowing space for bands, DJ's, wedding ceremonies, cake cutting and toast, with easy viewing for all your guests. The hardwood floors are perfect for dining and dancing. The balcony is a hot spot with guests who love to people watch while dining or enjoying cocktails. It's the ideal place to see the ballroom and stage activity.

The ballroom is located in the heart of the Cultural District in Downtown Portland and occupies the 2nd Floor of the Historic Pythian Building with stairway and elevator access. We enjoy the convenience of the Max stop and City Center Smart Park across the street. Many fine downtown hotels and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Our elegant facility is the prefect setting for wedding receptions. You may also use the ballroom for your ceremony. A bridal dressing room and groom's area are available. Our transition time to reception is approximately 10 minutes. During this period, guests are ushered to the balcony to mingle and relax while beverages are served. Hors d'oeuvres, if selected, would also be tray-passed during this time.

We provide wedding and reception coordination throughout the planning process. An experienced wedding coordinator will be on site to guide you through your processional and recessional during the rehearsal and ceremony. During the reception, your coordinator will work with your MC so all the ceremonials such as champagne toast, cake cutting, first dance, bouquet and garter toss go according to plan. Our staff will serve at the buffet and bar, tray-pass the champagne for the toast and will also cut and tray-pass the cake to your guests. Our experienced coordination will allow you and your family to relax and enjoy this special day, knowing that all details will be taken care of.

Catering and beverage/bar service is provided in-house. Our fully inclusive wedding reception packages are designed to cost effective and feature many options for buffet and bar. Our packages let you have the ultimate choice in food and bar decisions. The full-service set-up at the ballroom makes it an easy and affordable facility.
