• Price Range: Clear, concise, all-inclusive pricing beginning at $32 per guest. Room fee may be waived with minimum purchase. Discounts are offered on Fridays and Sundays.
• Availability and Terms: Dates, discounts, and current pricing secured only by a 1/3 deposit.

After several years of traveling the country, creating culinary masterpieces for athletes, celebrities, and presidents at events like The Kentucky Derby, US Open & PGA Masters, Chef Thurston decided to make his home in Portland, Oregon. Here he lives out his passion to bring the freshest and finest local meats and produce to the luxury dinner table.
